It is January and that means that the new year has begun and school is back in session. Another thing that January brings is the opportunity for high school seniors to join the community group. Last night we had our first gathering of the spring semester. I get the feeling that we did a poor job of getting the word out to all of you since so many people were away yesterday; I apologize for that. I would like to invite all to join us next Tuesday in Epiphanies as Bailey, Steve and I share stories from the trip we took to Kenya over Christmas break and discuss the dynamic of compassion and justice in the world as God calls us to live.
We have been discussing the upcoming semester and praying for our group over the break and as a team we're anticipating a great year in m6:8. Some really exciting things are ahead of us and I hope that you will be a part of what God is going to do in our midst this Spring. I look forward to seeing you soon and sharing more with you.
