What a Wonderful Answer!

I have great news: Dominic is safe!!! He and his grandmother are in Nakuru now and have been reunited with his mother Rosebella and his brother Joseph. When Dominic went into the city on Thursday he got lost while looking for bus tickets to go to Nakuru. While he was in the city there was rioting all around and at nightfall he hid to try to stay away from the violence. All night long he hid out, awaiting the morning. When the sun rose Dominic found his way back to his grandmother's place and they left to go to Nakuru. On Friday they both arrived safe and sound. I couldn't be happier about this good news about our friend. At school we were praying for Dominic in class and in chapel, pleading with the Lord for safety and peace. When I heard from Molly that he was okay I ran to tell the Dean of Students and the professor who had prayed for him about the news. It was an afternoon of rejoicing to be sure. This is truly an answer to prayer in which God has shown his mercy. Thank you to everyone who prayed for Dominic in the last few days. It means so much to his family to know that friends here in the States are praying for them.

So Grateful.
